By purchasing or participating in offerings through Our Inherent Nature, including private sessions, mentorship containers, memberships, retreats, workshops, or online content, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Services
Our Inherent Nature offers educational, contemplative, and experiential services that may include somatic practices, meditation, movement, intuitive guidance, energetic inquiry, flower essence recommendations, flower essence blends, and personal reflection.
These offerings are intended to support self-awareness, personal growth, and embodied exploration. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, mental health care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional services of any kind.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
Membership: Inherent Nature Collective
The Inherent Nature Collective is a recurring monthly membership that provides access to private content, practices, reflections, gatherings, and community offerings.
Membership fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Content shared within the Collective is intended solely for members and may not be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are intended to provide personalized support and guidance through a combination of somatic, intuitive, movement-based, contemplative, and educational approaches.
Session outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and participating in a way that supports their own wellbeing and capacity.
Session Packages and Containers
Session Series, Immersions, and Mentorship Containers are designed to support an ongoing process over time.
Six Session Series
Six-session packages are valid for nine (9) months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions expire after this period unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Immersion
Three-month Immersion containers include two private sessions per month over a three-month period.
Mentorship
Six-month Mentorship containers include two private sessions per month over a six-month period.
Any unused sessions within a container must be used during the active container period unless otherwise agreed upon.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited except in cases of emergency.
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.
Payments and Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Missed sessions, unused membership time, or partially completed packages are not eligible for refunds.
In the unlikely event that a service must be canceled by Our Inherent Nature, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an appropriate alternative.
Health and Personal Responsibility
Participation in movement, somatic, meditation, breath, or embodiment practices is voluntary.
You are responsible for monitoring your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing and for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
If you have a medical or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding participation.
Flower Essence Recommendations
As part of certain offerings, flower essence recommendations or custom flower essence blends may be suggested to support personal reflection, emotional awareness, energetic exploration, and wellbeing. Flower essences are complementary wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any flower essence recommendations or custom blends are offered as educational and experiential support only and should not be considered medical advice. Individuals are responsible for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or health conditions. Custom flower essence blends may utilize products produced by Flower Essence Services (F.E.S.) or other reputable flower essence manufacturers.
Intellectual Property
All materials, practices, recordings, writings, teachings, audio content, videos, graphics, and resources provided through Our Inherent Nature remain the intellectual property of Raquel Griffin unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or shared without written permission.
Retreats and In-Person Events
Additional terms may apply to retreats, immersions, workshops, and in-person events and will be provided separately where applicable.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued participation in services or memberships constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
