As someone with a depth of experience as an energy worker, yoga instructor, and with a strong intuitive connection to the spiritual intelligence of my Higher Self, the energies & medicine of the natural world and with a hard earned cum laude degree from the school of becoming — I have the skills + experience to customize your personal journey of evolution. 

I have cliff-dived multiple times into the abyss of the unknown armed with only my deep desire to live a more soul filled life. As a result, I know what it’s like and what it takes to successfully birth a more aligned version of yourself. My work lives at the intersection of the point in which we desire to bridge heaven and earth. I help mid-wife the consciousness needed for that journey through deep intuitive practices for the corporal and subtle body, as well as stewarding explorations into the spiritual dimension of the co-creative nature of reality.

Through inquiry, tuning inward and frequency work - together I assist you in passing through the eye of the needle and into the Truth of who you and we all ARE.  Everything I share, and teach comes directly from my personal lived experience which straddles the metaphysical, the psychological, and material worlds.

As someone awakened by regular ecstatic experiences from a tender age (only to lose myself in the glitter of the material and find myself once again), I have crossed through many peaks and valleys on the way to Be-coming my Self. I know what it is to walk the road less traveled and find yourself compelled towards an unknown destination. I am here to assure you that you are not crazy to desire something more and that it is indeed possible to become who you know yourself to be in your deepest heart. 

I am familiar and at ease with multiple traditions – from nature-based, quantum and ancestral + indigenous practices to Western and Eastern meditation and mysticism. I received a degree in Psychology from Brown University as well as many, many hours of training in the areas of yoga, movement, meditation, energy work, and plant spirit medicine. With that said, my most profound wisdom has come from my own lived experience.

I believe that we are all just walking each other home and that our journey is intended to discover the Truth of who we are and reconnect the Spiritual intelligence that is already within us. Great Spirit is always waiting for us to seek, waiting to be found. No matter the path, the Divine is always present and any sincere inquiry is always met with Grace.
